Today we celebrate three joyous years that Zander has been part of our family:
Our little sport is growing up so quickly! He's well into his first T-ball season, and tomorrow has his first ever Pre-Kindergarten field trip (Nature Center). Zander just advanced to the next level in his swim lessons, and, since his birthday, has learned to spell and write his name - one of the very first versions:
Zander, we had a fabulous time celebrating this special day with you and are so thankful for the countless joys you bring to our lives.
Zander turned FOUR last week - our little 'sport' had a ball celebrating... first at school:
Then out to dinner:
Listening to the staff sing 'Happy Birthday' before enjoying a yummy sundae:
Zander was thrilled to receive several T-Ball related gifts... his season starts next week!
On Saturday, Zander whipped up one of his specialties - guacamole - for our family celebration:
Our family party was hockey-themed, celebrating both Zander's 4th and Cousin Luke's 7th birthdays:
Cousin Luke helping with ribbon:
Yay! A T-Ball helmet!!
...and hockey shin guards, what could be better!? Luke and Brady's Nana and Papa were so generous in also remembering Kiana's January birthday - you can see her opening a large box in the background here:
A Bubble Mower!! Yay! And she's off... loving it!
Time for party hats and cake!
Go birthday boys!!
Spring has been VERY slow to arrive this year, so everyone was eager to get outside to enjoy some fresh air... despite the hefty base of snow. Luke was a quick study on his new Ripstik:
Cousin Brady pogo-ing:
Sunday was Zander's 'All-Star' sports party - here he is waiting for his guests to arrive:
It was so fun to watch the preschoolers bowl!
Mommy and Nana Pat managing the food order:
Where did that ball go?
Next we fed the hungry bowlers:
A sporty cake:
Zander's friends sang Happy Birthday:
Finally, everyone had the opportunity to try out a few games in the arcade area:
Nice Eagles jersey Daddy!
The kids enjoyed trying out a fun motorcycle ride:
Zander was very thankful to receive so many thoughtful gifts, he can't wait to try them all out. Fortunately Kiana was happy to help with the unwrapping. Thank you friends!!
Zander, we had a wonderful time celebrating your 4th birthday, we love you pumpkin!
Baby Boy Wilson was born on April 17, 2009 in Seoul, South Korea. On his first birthday, we named him Alexander Kim Wilson. We welcomed him home on June 11, 2010 - about a week before he turned 14 months old.
Baby Girl Wilson was born on January 7, 2011 in Seoul, South Korea. On Valentine's Day (shortly after her first birthday), we named her Kiana Park Wilson. We were delighted to welcome her home on April 14, 2012 at the age of 15 months - about six months earlier than we were expecting!
